Lipika Bhattacharya is a highly experienced Consultant in Technical Program Management at Dell EMC with over 20 years of experience in the field of Project and Program Management, Consultancy, Requirements Management, and Business Analysis. She is an expert in Portfolio, Program, Risk Management, and cross-functional Business Operations in enterprise systems. Lipika has a proven track record of managing and leading large teams across geographies to deliver complex products in storage, cloud, content management, financial, and media industries. In her current role as a Consultant - Technical Program Management at Dell, Lipika manages and leads cross-functional teams to deliver complex enterprise products. Prior to this, she held the position of Sr Advisor - Technical Program Manager and Principal Program Manager at Dell, where she was responsible for Program Management in the Storage Business and Program & Release Management of large and complex enterprise products, respectively. She has also successfully transitioned products to the third platform and managed cross-functional, cross-geo program schedules and estimates, risk management, change management, and progress monitoring. Lipika holds a B.Tech degree in ECE from NIT Warangal and completed her Class X from Kendriya Vidyalaya, Port Blair, A & N Islands. She is a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and has a strong background in product management.
